Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

$140K–$160K Base + Bonus (Total Cash Comp up to ~$185K)

A growing real estate investment and hospitality platform is seeking a Controller to oversee corporate accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, budgeting, and entity administration. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role partners across finance, operations, property accounting, and affiliated management companies to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong corporate controls.

• Oversee corporate accounting, monthly close, GL maintenance, and financial reporting
• Manage treasury operations, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank reconciliations
• Review invoices, payments, intercompany transactions, and vendor onboarding
• Lead corporate budgeting and expense allocation processes
• Coordinate tax compliance, K-1s, 1099s, and regulatory filings with external service providers
• Maintain corporate entities, registrations, organizational structures, and reporting requirements
• Partner with property accounting teams on fee calculations and intercompany accounting

• CPA required
• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Combination of public accounting and private industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with corporate accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach

• In-office 5 days/week, with flexibility as needed
• Summer schedule offers additional flexibility
