Location: New York
Ripple is seeking a Head of Managed Services for Ripple Treasury in Illinois, leading the Hedge Accounting practice across FX and Interest Rate programs. You will forecast capacity, hire, set KPIs, and drive scalable delivery with a focus on technical depth and client service.
You will own the strategy, escalate complex issues to auditors, and guide a team of Managers and Derivative Accountants to deliver high-quality, compliant hedge accounting outcomes.
