Staff Accountant

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support cash management and related reporting
• Research and resolve account reconciliation discrepancies
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures
• Maintain and update the general ledger
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Handle internal reporting and affiliate requests
• Support year-end audit and tax filing processes
• Complete ad hoc projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (financial services preferred)
• Auditing or tax experience strongly preferred
• CPA preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and seniority levels
• Understanding of financial statement consolidation preferred
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed
