About The Role
The role owns the accounting operations and financial reporting functions, ensuring rigorous compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and SEC frameworks.
The position will partner closely with finance and executive leadership to manage month-end closes, drive internal controls, and scale financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP
- Oversee SOX compliance, designing and testing internal controls over financial reporting
- Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and technical accounting memos for complex transactions
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial audits and quarterly reviews
- Optimize ERP systems (Net Suite) and financial tooling to automate accounting workflows
- Analyze variance reports and present financial results to senior leadership
- 5-8 years of accounting experience, with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and corporate tech experience
- Active CPA license required
- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Net Suite) and modern financial automation tools
- Bonus:
Experience scaling accounting operations through hyper-growth or pre-IPO phases
