Rose Associates Inc. is seeking a Director of Multifamily Operations to lead operational excellence for select properties within our multifamily portfolio.
You will drive strategic financial planning, oversee accounting processes, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with GAAP. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and at least 5 years of accounting experience in real estate, with preference for residential.
