Revenue Accounting Intern

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund) seek a Revenue Accounting Intern. This position reports to the Manager of Revenue in the Accounting department of the Finance division. The Finance Department ensures fiscal responsibility for the organizations.

• Assist the Manager of Revenue and Sr. Revenue Accountant in the reconciliation of key revenue accounts.
• Reconcile cash, credit card, and stock donations with bank statements and investigate and resolve variances.
• Perform monthly revenue reconciliations as part of the financial closing process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Have a mindset for continuous improvement, actively looking to leverage new technologies and build efficiencies to minimize manual and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to recognize and respond to problems in a highly professional, confidential and sensitive manner.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and take the initiative to identify and solve potential problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic, results‑driven, high‑performing team, and act as a SME for various partners within the organization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft and Google products.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
• A deep commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission of promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health.

Travel: 0–10% domestic
