Location: New York
HireIQ is seeking a Senior Controller to lead the accounting function across a sizeable multifamily portfolio, including market-rate, rent-stabilized and affordable housing communities. You will report to ownership and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closes, financial reporting and general ledger activities.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in real estate accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Yardi Voyager experience; CPA preferred.
