Senior Tax Manager

Location:

New York, NY (3 days in office)

8+ years of public accounting & industry experience with a focus on partnership tax

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of partnership taxation, including Form 1065 and Form K-1
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience with tax research and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, Ultra Tax)
• Experience with international tax is a plus

• Prepare and review partnership tax returns (Form 1065 and Form K-1)
• Advise clients on partnership tax matters, including structuring, compliance, and planning
• Conduct tax research and analysis
• Represent the firm in tax audits and examinations
• Manage and mentor junior staff
• Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and developments
