Our start-up dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Bookkeeper to work closely with our Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a stable, part-time role in a focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Accurate deal costing and posting
- Calculating sales commissions
- Processing and applying for manufacturer incentives
- Managing cash receipts
- Overseeing Accounts Payable
- Reconciling all associated schedules
Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week
, typically scheduled Monday through Thursday. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate the right candidate.
** Please note there may be an opportunity for additional hours in the future as business needs evolve.
Pay:Depending on experience, this position will pay $22-$26 per hour.
