** We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director to lead and expand our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) within the Office of the CFO Accounting Advisory practice. This role will specialize in advising clients on complex technical accounting, reporting and transaction-related matters. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks, and will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders navigating accounting complexities, transactions, and emerging financial technologies.

*** Serve as a senior advisor to clients with deep technical expertise
* Lead and deliver advisory engagements on complex accounting topics including:  + Consolidations (ASC 810)  + Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)  + Leases (ASC 842)  + Business Combinations (ASC 805)  + Impairments (ASC 350/360)  + Share-based payments (ASC 718)  + Complex financial instruments and other non-routine transactions
