A leading NYC-based organization is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee complex tax compliance and reporting activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Private foundation tax experience required
- Hands-on experience with Form 990-PF, 990-T, UBTI, and foundation compliance
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- CPA preferred
- Experience with investment-related tax matters and complex portfolios is a plus
