Bookkeeper

Our client, a dynamic organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a bookkeeper to join their team. As a bookkeeper, you will be part of the finance department supporting the accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the job?

• Process accounts payable, including matching invoices to purchase orders and preparing payments.
• Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

What's needed?

• Experience with accounting software and financial record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
