Competetive salary ($100K range)- based on experience

• Must have experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller

• Must have strong financial background in CHHA/home health care

• Must have working knowledge of HCHB and HHA Exchange

• Knowledgeable in billing and Medicare and pay sources

• Ability to assist with all aspects of finance for the facilities

• Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts

• Proficient in Excel

• Advanced computer skills;
  Computer knowledge and ability with aptitude to learn applicable software

• Oversee finances and billing for three companies

• Cash management

• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes

• Protect businesses against unintentional over payment

• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
