Staff Accoutant

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. This role will support the month-end close process, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Maintain the general ledger and analyze account variances
• Support financial reporting and audit requests
• Assist with AP, AR, and inventory accounting as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Eclipse ERP strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
