We are seeking a dependable, organized Bookkeeper to join our growing team.. . • $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Process customer invoices and billing.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Maintain organized bookkeeping records.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account.
• questions.
• Assist with vendor communications and invoice processing.
• Order material samples and office supplies as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of material samples.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
• Support general administrative and office duties as assigned.

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Quick Books (Online or Desktop preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
