Galaxy is seeking an Accounts Payable & Billing professional to scale our division’s payables and invoicing processes. You will own vendor invoice intake, PO matching, and approval routing, while supporting leases and construction project billing.
You will work closely with procurement, accounting, and financial operations to ensure accuracy and timely payments. You will reconcile statements, maintain vendor data, and prepare payment batches, contributing to month-end close and SOX controls.
