Billing & Payroll Team Lead | Brooklyn, NY $150k/Year

This is a hands-on leadership role running the day-to-day of a billing and payroll team within a large healthcare organization spanning many departments that bill for a variety of services. Reporting to a CFO who oversees the broader operation, you'll lead the reps who handle medical billing and the staff who field payroll questions from employees while staying in the details yourself.

You'll chase down lost billings, manage payroll escalations, and be the person who answers when an employee flags they were overpaid or underpaid by a few dollars. If you know healthcare and medical billing and know how to lead a team without stepping back from the work, this one's for you.
