We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join an excellent company in Jericho, New York. This hybrid position is well suited for someone who can manage payroll operations accurately while supporting employee benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on payroll experience, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to work confidently with multi-state payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer multi-state payroll activities and help ensure compliance with applicable wage, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Use ADP Workforce Now to enter, review, and validate payroll data, deductions, and employee updates.
• Support benefits-related payroll functions, including coordinating deductions and resolving discrepancies tied to employee enrollments.
• Audit payroll records, identify inconsistencies, and research issues to ensure employees are paid correctly.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyze data in Microsoft Excel to support reconciliations, tracking, and leadership requests.
• Partner with internal teams to address payroll questions, explain calculations, and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain organized payroll documentation and contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and accuracy.
