* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Review invoices for appropriate documentation before payment
* Perform invoice and General Ledger data entry
* Monitor disbursements by running monthly reports from the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and New York City Financial Management System (FMS)
* Perform other duties as assigned
** Qualifications and Core Competencies**:
* Enrolled in an accredited college with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and priorities
* Detail-oriented and well-organized
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
* High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range:$17.50 per hour
