Style Master and Costing Manager

Style Master & Costing Analyst (Blue Cherry ERP)

We're hiring a Style Master & Costing Analyst to own style master data and costing/margin management within Blue Cherry ERP.

• Creating and maintaining style master records (style numbers, descriptions, seasons, categories, colorways, size scales)
• Partnering with design and product development to ensure style data reflects approved specs
• Managing style lifecycle status changes (development, sampling, approved, active, discontinued)
• Maintaining shared color and size master libraries
• Supporting seasonal line-building against the product development calendar
• Building and validating production and standard cost sheets for every style, every season
• Tracking and reconciling cost elements: FOB, freight, duty, overhead
• Ensuring landed cost accuracy amid changing trade/tariff conditions
• Auditing style master and costing data for consistency
• Preparing style-status and costing/margin reports for merchandising, finance, and leadership
• Training cross-functional users on ERP data standards
• Supporting Blue Cherry system enhancements, UAT, and rollout

• Experience with Blue Cherry ERP (or similar apparel/fashion PLM/ERP systems)
• Strong background in style master data management and costing/margin analysis
• Familiarity with landed cost calculations (duty, freight, tariffs)
• Detail-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with design, product development, import/compliance, and finance teams
