Grants Accountant

Natural Wireless, a fast-growing Internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records;
  Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments;
  Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities;
  Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes;
  Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries;
  Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance;
  Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup;
  Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation;
  Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Quick Books.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Competitive base salary – $55,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience);
