Job DescriptionExperience: Entry Level
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Job Details What you'll do:- Prepare AIA G702/G703 owner billings and supporting documentation
- Review and process subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and insurance certificates
- Maintain job cost data, change order logs, and contract compliance files
- Support PMs with monthly cost reports and reconciliations
- Track subcontractor compliance (W-9s, COIs, vendor setup)
- Assist with month-end close and ad-hoc projects for the Controller
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally in construction or a related project-based industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Sage 300 CRE (Timberline), Procore, or similar construction ERPs a plus
- Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail
- Someone who wants to learn the trade from the ground up at a high-performing firm
