Accountant

Gilley’s Enterprises is seeking to employ an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting functions for multiple companies within our Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience and be proficient in Quick Books. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple entities simultaneously, and a high level of discretion and integrity.

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities within the Group
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Process payroll
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform month-end closings and generate reports in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books
• Experience managing finances for multiple entities preferred
• Cash handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
