Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're hiring a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to power our back office operations. You'll handle cash posting, invoice verification, and fraud detection in a fast paced environment.

• Post all incoming cash receipts accurately to client accounts and invoices same-day, using remittances.
• Verify invoice documentation, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with internal teams.
• Research, reconcile, and analyze data for financial accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud during verification.
• Maintain strict adherence to accounting controls and policies in a high-volume setting.

• 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume cash application preferred).
• High school diploma required.
• Strong grasp of AR principles, Excel proficiency, and accounting software.
• Analytical, organized, detail-focused with excellent communication.
• Ability to thrive under pressure independently.
