As a member of the Accounting Advisory team within Crowe's Consulting Practice
, you will center on helping clients address complex business needs by analyzing data and delivering tailored business and technology solutions. This includes supporting financial statement preparation and analysis, transforming accounting processes, and implementing new accounting standards. You'll conduct fieldwork, prepare work papers to support your conclusions, discuss findings with client management, and develop clear, professional reports in various formats. Additionally, you'll advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting and applying new accounting standards, and assessing financial and operational risk.

Skills and Requirements:- On track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation
- Strong academic performance and a commitment to continuous learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis tools
- Relevant work experience through internships, part-time jobs, or campus involvement
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and in team setting
- Willingness to travel, with travel expectations varying by role
We're looking for college seniors or graduate students graduating within the next year who are on the CPA track, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, or Economicsor a related field and are eager to launch a career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
