We’re seeking a Payroll Associate (PF2) to join a large financial services organization. This role will support end-to-end payroll processing within an in-house SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and support bi-weekly payroll processing in SAP ECP
- Review and validate hires, terminations, pay changes, and payroll adjustments
- Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Provide day-to-day oversight to offshore payroll support teams
- Coordinate garnishment processes with third-party vendors
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee pay issues
- Participate in payroll system testing and enhancements
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of payroll, HR Operations, or related experience
- Experience with payroll systems; SAP ECP preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
