Job Details What You Would Do- You would own a portfolio of assets end to end.
- Overseeing financials coming in from third party property managers
- Reviewing JV partner reporting
- Working directly with asset management on performance
- Producing consolidated GAAP reporting across a complex multi-entity structure.
- Layering in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analytics on top of that
- Portfolio of roughly 6 assets with full ownership of the financials
- JV accounting, investor reporting, lender compliance, and asset management collaboration
- Ground up development exposure
- A sharp, tenured team — over 60% have been there over 10 years
- Direct exposure to senior leadership with real visibility into how institutional real estate decisions get made
- Backed by a multi billion global institution with the feel of small tight knit team
- Base $100K - $125K
- 20% discretionary bonus

- Monday through Thursday in Midtown, Friday from home
- Flexible start time, 8:30 to 10am
