A growing family-owned manufacturing & distribution company in Suffolk County is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate would have strong accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, an Accounting degree, and be eager to learn!
Responsibilities- Work closely with the CFO and accounting staff to ensure accuracy of all financial activity
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Perform account reconciliations and invoicing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
