We are seeking a Temporary Payroll Associate to support an internal project focused on reviewing and validating payroll records. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative within a collaborative team environment.
What would I be doing?Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy, including proper taxation and employee information.
- Run reports to support payroll processing and ad hoc data requests.
- Assist with payroll-related audits and special projects.
- Support the payroll team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment (500+ employees preferred).
- Experience with Workday a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
