Responsibilities:
- Enhance, develop, and implement fiscal policies and procedures for the organization to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with auditors conducting annual audits of our financial records
- Manage accounting, purchasing, and payroll systems
- Oversee invoicing and revenue collection efforts
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of financial reports
- Manage public and private grants in conjunction with Family Outreach & Enrollment team
- Supervise staff accountants in reviewing and processing a variety of financial, payroll, and audit documents
- Manage public and private grants and ensure that documentation of grant-related expenses is complete
- CPA a major plus
