• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund accounting, with 12 years preferred.
• Strong expertise in technical fund accounting and managing complex fund structures.
• Proven ability to lead audits and ensure compliance with SEC custody rules.
• Experience with fee calculations, including management fees and carried interest.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
