This newly created role is a key addition to the finance function, ideal for a technically strong and ambitious finance professional who wants to help build the foundations of a scalable reporting environment as the company grows toward further funding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own statutory reporting and compliance for U.S. and international subsidiaries, partnering with external auditors and advisors.
  • Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial data across the business.
  • Streamline and strengthen close processes, introducing scalable systems and controls to support continued growth.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Operations to align actuals, forecasts, and management reporting for leadership visibility.

  • Proven experience contributing to and/or improving financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating hands‑on in a fast‑paced, evolving business.
