Senior Manager, Rewards Accounting – Temporary

• Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for compensation and fringe benefit expenses
• Reconcile PATH employee-level compensation budget data with the BPC corporate budget system
• Develop the fringe expense budget and track each line item against the plan
• Refresh retirement and healthcare cost estimates using benefits consultant and external actuary guidance
• Partner with HR Total Rewards to maintain accurate compensation planning data
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and HR Total Rewards to validate budget and forecast assumptions
• Review and post general-ledger journal entries for monthly accruals and adjustments
• Ensure timely accounting close in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting schedules and supporting documents
• Prepare monthly and quarterly balance-sheet analyses and reconciliations
• Prepare the monthly headcount report for the financial statement package
• Compile and review information for annual benefit-plan and corporate audits
• Perform ad hoc analytics and support Accounting leadership
• Review and process benefits-related invoices for payment

• B.S. in Accounting or similar
• CPA strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• 8-15 years of accounting experience
• Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and meet deadlines under strict time constraints
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Strong work ethic and professionalism

Demonstrates expertise in budget preparation, financial reporting, and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Proficient in advanced Excel and financial systems such as SAP ECC or S/4
