Talentedge are partnering with a hyper-growth multi-site healthcare scaleup on a newly created Accounting Manager opportunity owing to continued explosive expansion.

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day function in its’ entirety, working closely with an industry-renowned Controller who has extensive healthcare and Health Tech experience. You’ll play a crucial role in building a world-class accounting function that is able to support this soon-to-be household name in multi-site healthcare across the US.

• Own the day-to-day full-cycle accounting function
• Continue to evolve the finance infrastructure from a process, controls and systems perspective
• Support Controller on budgeting, forecasting, planning & KPI analysis
• Manage AP and AR functions, automating as much as possible
• Support external accountants on tax filings

• CPA / CPA pathway, high GPA
• You will ideally have held a similar, full-cycle accounting role within a hyper-growth scaleup using Net Suite as your accounting software (multi-site healthcare or Health Tech is advantageous)
• Automation-led mindset, who is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the tech stack
• Sharp, ambitious and curious in nature
