- Own and execute the end-to-end monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial results
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
- Analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts to identify key drivers, variances, and potential risks
- Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and insights to support decision-making
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and Pepsi Co/Sabra policies and procedures
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Tax, Treasury) to support financial reporting and close activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial results into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale accounting processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness
- Support system implementations by performing UAT testing, identifying defects, and coordinating issue resolution with project team
- Support sales tax filings and compliance activities in partnership with internal and external advisors
- Support treasury operations, including payment processes and controls, as required
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience (public accounting or corporate accounting)
- Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA Certification
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting audits and working within a strong control framework
