Job DetailsExperience: Senior Level
Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 per year
- Partner closely with Directors and Managing Directors to oversee daily fund operations
- Independently manage accounting and operational activities for private equity funds
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients with limited oversight
- Analyze Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and governing documents to summarize key economics and fund structures
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Oversee preparation and review of capital calls, distributions, financial statements, waterfalls, IRR calculations, and related deliverables
- Review and approve fund deliverables prior to senior leadership review
- Perform complex analyses of financial reporting, capital events, and private equity transactions
- Support onboarding and setup of new client fund structures
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure delivery of high-quality client service and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on fund reporting matters
