Tax Manager

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns
  • Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize client outcomes and ensure compliance
  • Manage and mentor tax staff, including training and performance oversight
  • Serve as primary advisor to clients and maintain long-term relationships
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and represent clients during audits
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA license or advanced degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client engagements
