- Play a key role supporting acquisitions, system enhancements, and business expansion
- Work with modern real estate accounting systems and best practices
Target Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base salary + bonus eligibility
Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements
- Oversee AP, AR, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations
- Partner with property managers and leadership to support financial performance and reporting
- Assist with property onboarding, process improvements, and accounting system initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial real estate or property accounting experience
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate accounting software
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
