A growing CPA firm in New York City is looking to speak with senior tax professionals with deep experience across partnership tax, real estate tax and commercial tax advisory
.
This is aimed at someone operating at Senior Manager, Director, Managing Director or Partner-track level who wants a senior seat with genuine influence, client ownership and long-term growth potential.
The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- Complex partnership tax
- Private equity funds
- Operating partnerships
- Capital account maintenance
- K-1 review and partner allocations
- 1065 partnership returns
- Commercial tax clients
- Closely held businesses
- Client advisory and tax planning
- Staff development and technical review
- Current or recent CPA firm / public accounting experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a CPA
, ideally with an MST / advanced tax qualification
, and will have progressed through a strong public accounting environment. Experience from a Top 25, national, regional or Big 4 firm would be highly relevant.
This would suit someone who enjoys complex technical tax work but also wants to be commercial, client-facing and involved in building a practice. The role offers a strong platform for someone looking to step into a Tax Director, Managing Director or future Partner-level position.
