I’m currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing Finance team at Continental Industries Group, Inc.
Location:
Midtown Manhattan, New York City
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate payment processing, and supporting our international operations.
Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers & vendors
- Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams to resolve issues
- Assist in improving processes, automation, and controls
- 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international business environment
