Accountant, Financial Reporting, Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing finance team. This position will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while working closely with internal departments and external partners.

• Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and accounting records.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and account schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of audit materials and respond to accounting inquiries.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as Net Suite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
