Senior Revenue Accountant

• Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close

• Prepare journal entries and detailed revenue-related balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation

• Analyze new and evolving revenue arrangements and recommend accounting treatments based on relevant guidance

• Maintain and improve audit-ready work papers and supporting schedules

• Use data analysis to investigate revenue variances, validate reconciliations, and identify discrepancies

• Identify inefficiencies or gaps in revenue accounting and billing workflows and implement improvements

• Evaluate AI and automation tools, run experiments, build AI workflows, and implement solutions for repeatable work

• Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate financial data

• Support ERP implementation, new revenue streams, GAAP conversion, new entity consolidation, and automation initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and audit processes
• Comfort with data analysis to identify anomalies and validate numbers
• Understanding of system workflows to identify gaps
• Curiosity about AI and automation, with a track record of finding and implementing workflow improvements
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• CPA preferred
• ASC 606 experience preferred
• SQL experience preferred
  
  Experience with modern accounting systems and tools such as Campfire, Quick Books, or Net Suite is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or telehealth is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Demonstrates expertise in US GAAP, revenue accounting, and financial analysis, with a strong focus on implementing AI and automation solutions to enhance workflows. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support ERP implementations.
