• Researching, complying, planning and administering the following: fiduciary income tax returns, estate & gift tax returns
• Directing tax seniors and staff accountants; ensuring that assignments are accomplished within the budgeted time
• Interacting with clients to discuss issues regarding tax information throughout the year
• Developing technical knowledge through participation in organization meetings, training programs, attending industry events and participation in research activities

• required Excellent interpersonal, organizational, initiative, and leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Minimum of 7+ years of progressive tax preparation, review and supervisory experience
