Kia of West Nyack is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Billing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has automotive billing experience, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys working in a fun, inviting, and collaborative environment.

• Process and review automotive billing and deal paperwork
• Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure transactions and documentation are properly recorded
• Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Follow established billing procedures and company policies
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed

• Previous automotive billing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with computers and automotive dealership systems
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Part-time: 20–24 hours per week
• Thursday:
  Full day
• Sunday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• No Saturdays
• Friday and Saturday off
• Must be available Sunday through Thursday
