- Serve as a primary advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and financial services professionals.
- Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted business partner.
- Review complex individual, partnership, trust, estate, gift, and related entity tax returns.
- Advise investment-focused clients, including hedge fund and private equity professionals.
- Work closely with fund CFOs and management companies regarding tax planning and compliance matters.
- Interpret and analyze hedge fund and investment partnership K-1 reporting.
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex technical tax matters.
- Review tax returns, work papers, and deliverables prepared by staff.
- Train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate tax professionals.
- Stay current on federal and state legislative and tax policy changes.
- Participate in client development and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service.
