Accounts Payable Analyst
Vaco has partnered with a well-established construction organization that is seeking an experienced AP Analyst with processing, invoice workflow management, and ERP system experience.
Location: Hybrid | North Phoenix
Pay Range: $24-26/hr
Project Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage invoice processing activities while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support approval workflows and resolve invoice-related issues.
- Research discrepancies, payment inquiries, and vendor account questions to drive timely resolution.
- Assist with payment processing, reporting activities, and other accounting support functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
