Saint Amand Finegold is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Biller to join our team in New York, NY. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our financial operations while working in a fast-paced, professional environment. • Prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices and billing statements in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client billing inquiries
• Maintain and update client billing records and financial data
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
• Generate billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures

• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
