Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manage will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department for Thom Browne.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Ensuring all autopay and online invoices are booked.
• Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
• Booking outgoing payments from the bank
• Managing the AP Aging and submitting the AP Batch payments
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable.
• Investigates Accounts Payable issues as needed.
• Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

• 5-7 years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar function
• Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highest of ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character

• Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $115,000 - $125,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
