Our client, a multinational fashion company, is looking for a Jr. Accounting Analyst to join their team part-time! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment!

- Contract Role: 4 weeks, possibility of extension
- Pay: $25.00/hr on W2
- Schedule:
24 hours per week, 8 hours per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable activity for Retail and E-Commerce channels.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and maintain AR reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
- Assist with quarter-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account variances.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, candidates pursuing a graduate degree is a plus
- 1+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience
- Experience or interest in working within the fashion industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
