Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an exciting entertainment client on an Accounts Payable Coordinator opportunity. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with three days per week on-site in a beautiful Midtown Manhattan office. The position is expected to last at least 5 months on a consulting basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Respond to vendor and employee payment inquiries while ensuring proper approvals and coding.
• Reconcile accounts payable activity and support month-end close.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations, audits, reporting, and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Concur.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

$27-34/hr

Pay Details: $27.00 to $34.00 per hour
